- Assist in supporting customer facing applications on multiple channels with external customers.
- You will need to have excellent verbal and written skills. Willing to be flexible and step in where needed to ensure the customer gets excellent service.

- Be a champion of knowledge for customer facing applications so that you can provide end user support to a mix of customers

- Provide feedback to the organization on how to improve processes, support and the tools required to support our customers.
- Serves as an internal evangelist for our external customers to improve the overall experience and services we provide.
- 6 months of customer service experience
- 4-year Computer Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Able to work on the schedule 5:00 PM - 02:00 AM IST and cover other team member schedules as needed
- Should be aware of ticketing tool [ZOHO Preferably] Ticketing tool
- Application or Technical Support experience a plus
- Ability to follow knowledge articles to assist customers
- Experience writing and updating documents
- Extremely motivated and detail-oriented, energized by big challenges
- Strong analytical skills – able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm, meet deadlines and work in a fast- paced environment
