  • What do we expect you to have? Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Presales role, preferably in SaaS or B2B Product / Service environments.  Ability to explain complex technical problems / questions in a really simple manner to prospects. Excellent written and oral communication skills, high- level presentation and product demonstration skills. Having a strong customer obsession and a natural desire to solve complex customer problems.  Passionate about working in a high-paced Sales Environment. Ability to handle high level discussions with people at the Executive level of Fortune 500 Companies.  Willingness to work in Night Shift (PT hours).
    • What opportunity do you get as an SE? You’ll be on the hot seat helping prospective clients with your technical and product expertise enabling the Sales Team to close New Business Opportunities. You get an opportunity to work with Executive and Sr. Leadership of Fortune 500 companies.   Customise, prepare and deliver technical product demonstration tailored to prospect’s requirements. Collect, analyse and convey customer requirements / feature requests and convey to our Product Management team. Respond to technical, functional and product related questions and requirements of prospective clients.  Handle RFP and RFI documents, Technical and Security Questionnaire from prospects.
