Experience in selling into the retail industry would be a bonus.

- Role and Responsibilities:
Manage potential deals from conversion to final closure for the Asia region
Build a hungry, driven, world-class sales team that consistently hits goals, is passionate about the company’s mission, and wants to build an A.I-led future by making a range of industries and decision-makers, adopt A.I.
Build repeatable and scalable sales processes that achieve accelerated growth and turn a young company’s early growth potential into that of a well-trained army.
Set quarterly, half-yearly, annual sales goals, manage the team towards achieving them. Identify critical issues impacting the team’s performance and fix issues.
Engage, network and close deals with CXO teams of customers, across industries
Develop and implement a sales strategy for multiple product lines, across geographies.
Identify and close new opportunities to expand both platform and Vue.ai adoption across segments.
Work closely with RevOps to manage, publish, and be accountable for sales efficiency.
Collaborate and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams like Marketing, Customer
Success, and Product to deliver to goals and remove any roadblocks along the way
