Minimum 10 years of engineering including 3+ hands-on technical management experience
3+ years of professional software engineering experience building customer-facing web and/or mobile applications
Exceptional coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
Experience architecting, building, and maintaining highly available services in a large service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Strong coding skills using Ruby, Java, C/C++, Scala (or equivalent programming language)
Excellent knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
Experience shipping software to customers at scale
Experience working in an agile environment
Has the technical capacity and capability to partner with tech leads and architects in problem solving
Above all, an insatiable desire and ability to learn
Experience with large-scale SaaS applications
Have spent 2+ years at a start-up experience
Experience building web and mobile applications
Experience designing services on top of cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, etc
Knowledge of Ruby on Rails
